What materials do you use?

Most pieces are made from natural cotton cord, recycled cotton rope, and reclaimed textile fibres. We prioritise sustainable, natural materials and often incorporate repurposed fabrics to give unwanted textiles a second life.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within the UK. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is also available. Free delivery is offered on orders over £50.

Do you ship to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands?

Yes — we ship to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands at standard rates. Free delivery still applies on orders over £50. Delivery to remote areas may take an extra 1–2 days.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Can I request a custom order?

Yes! We love creating bespoke pieces. Get in touch via our contact page with your idea, preferred colours, and dimensions, and we'll send you a quote.

How do I care for my macramé piece?

Gently shake or brush your piece to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading. Do not machine wash.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We use natural and recycled materials, minimal packaging, and handmake everything in small batches to reduce waste. No mass production, ever.

How are your products made?

Every piece is handmade by Joanna using macramé, crochet, and mixed fibre techniques. Each item is crafted slowly and intentionally — small variations are part of the process, making every piece truly one of a kind.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not currently, but all items are carefully packaged and arrive ready to gift. If you'd like a personalised note included, add it in the gift note box at checkout or contact us.

How do I know what size to choose?

Where we have them, dimensions are in the product description. If a listing doesn't show them, or you're unsure, get in touch and we'll measure the piece and help you choose the right size for your space.
